SERVICES
	Fabrication Our extensive employee experience and multiple machines in the fabrication division give us the capacity to create products of different shapes and sizes; meeting your specifications. Our laser can cut precise shapes in sheet metal and our press brakes and dies can form a variety of shapes. We also have band saws which can bundle cut large orders. In addition to these capabilities, we also have machinery for high definition plasma cutting, shearing, punching, and more.
	Machining RiteWay Manufacturing offers state-of-the-art machining facilities for turning, milling, drilling, tapping, and deburring. Our experienced machinists use modern CNC technology to guarantee precision machining. To maintain consistent quality, RiteWay machines parts to tight tolerances. That’s our commitment to our customers.
	Engineering Our scope of engineering includes part/assembly design, detailing, quoting, and analysis for manufacturability. Through collaboration with customers, RiteWay engineers determine the most efficient means of manufacture while maintaining required tolerances.
	Finishing We can give you products with a high quality finish through liquid painting applications. We can reduce your costs by providing painting services through our own in-house painting booth. Additionally, there is a galvanizing facility located just five minutes from our location that will save you time and money with freight costs. Along with galvanizing and liquid paint, we work closely with several local anodizing and powder coating facilities.
	Welding Our welding shop is equipped to handle any job, large or small. Mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum material can all be welded by our AWS-certified welders. Our welders utilize a variety of welding processes including MIG and TIG to ensure high quality weldments.
	Assembly Bring your vision to life through our assembly shop. Our employees have extensive experience reading complex prints and efficiently assembling them. We execute both mechanical and electrical assembly in our highly capable facility.
	Laser Engraving Since 2007, RiteWay Laser Engraving LLC has delivered custom engraved products to customers. We can engrave on almost any material including wood, onyx, pewter, marble, coated metal, glass, plastic, and crystal with our laser.
